Birthday Cake Fat Bombs

These birthday cake fat bombs are a combination of cake batter and cream cheese fat bombs. They’re delicious gluten-free, sugar-free, sweet treats.

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tbsp Perfect Keto Nut Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ teaspoon butter extract
3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
¼ cup almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 Perfect Keto Birthday Cake bar (chopped into small pieces)
2–3 tbsp sugar free sprinkles

Instructions

Add all ingredients except Perfect Keto bar and sprinkles to a large bowl or stand mixer. Whip on high until light and fluffy.
Stir in chopped Perfect Keto Birthday Cake Bar.
Using a small cookie scoop, divide and portion out dough. Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Add sprinkles to tops of each. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
