  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free or low sugar)
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup runny peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
  • Flaky salt
  • Optional: Keto-friendly sweetener, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small pot over low heat and melt gently, stirring frequently.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and Perfect Keto Collagen until fully incorporated. Add sweetener if desired.
  3. Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate into a silicone mold or mini cupcake liners.
  4. Refrigerate until just set, about 5–10 minutes.
  5. Add a small spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky salt and refrigerate until fully solidified.
