These low-carb keto chocolate cheesecake bites are the perfect sweet snack for keto dieters and low-carb aficionados alike. With only 3 net carbs and zero added sugar, these no-bake treats will make you the life of any party.



  • 8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hazelnut extract (or vanilla extract)
  • 12 tablespoon stevia, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen Chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons Perfect Keto Nut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts (ground) (or use almond flour)


  1. Add all ingredients (EXCEPT ground hazelnuts) to a large food processor.
  2. With a hand mixer, blend on high until mixture comes together and forms a solid dough.
  3. Portion and roll into small balls.
  4. Roll in extra cacao powder or chopped hazelnuts if desired.
  5. Chill to harden. Allow to sit out at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
