3 heaped tablespoons coconut aminos or gluten-free soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1–2 teaspoon golden Lakanto or keto friendly sweetener of choice to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, blender, or small food processor. Whisk well until smooth.
Add water to thin for desired thinness. Add chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
Top salad ingredients or use as a marinade for chicken. Easily turn this into a sesame ginger dressing simply by adding in freshly grated ginger root for an extra layer of flavor and even more health benefits.
