Keto Halloween Sugar Cookies

Add a little sweet and festive fun to your Halloween party with these delicious gluten-free, low-carb Halloween cookies.




Optional frosting


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry cookie ingredients, until well-combined.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing to combine.
  5. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper on your countertop, and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough (works best if the rolling pin is lightly greased with coconut oil or butter).
  6. Use your Halloween pumpkin cookie cutters to make the cookies and place the cookies on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 16 minutes.
  7. While your cookies are in the oven, add the butter and cream cheese to a large mixing bowl or kitchen aid mixing bowl, and whip together until combined (1-2 minutes).
  8. Slowly add the vanilla, sugar, and keto-friendly food coloring while mixing, and mix for about 8 minutes, or until frosting is light and fluffy. 
  9. Add the frosting to a piping bag and ice the cookies.
  10.  Serve and enjoy!
