Keto Peach Cream Tart

This gluten-free keto peach cream tart with fresh peaches and almond flour provides the crunch of a pie crust with a delicious, creamy sugar-free filling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

  1. Mix together the ingredients for the crust and, using your hands, press into a 9-inch tart pan.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove and allow to cool completely.
  3. Add the filling ingredients to a high-speed blender, blending on high until well-combined.
  4. One the crust has cooled add the filling.
  5. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until set.
  6. Decorate and serve!

Notes

For a slightly sour taste, consider adding 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream or cream cheese to your filling.
