Meditating first thing in the morning helps me start my day off right. A clear, distraction-free brain prepares me to crush my upcoming workout and handle any stressors that may occur during my day.
After meditation, I mix up a pre-workout drink made with Perform, and use that to wash down my Keto Krill and 6-8 Electrolytes capsules
Starting my day with a great workout is an important part of what I deem a successful day. Perform is formulated to improve my strength and endurance going into my workout so I can do just that. Krill provides essential nutrients like phospholipids and healthy omega-3 fats to help support activity. People on keto have higher electrolyte needs and being deficient in electrolytes can impair your performance, especially in the gym. Supplementing with electrolytes prior to training is a great way to make sure my body is prepared for the training to come.
During or after my workout, I make a shake with a combination of whey protein and collagen protein.
Collagen gets taken up in your body and tissues more effectively when you exercise. It benefits joints, tendons, and ligaments. While whey is good for supporting muscle building and repair.
As I start my work day, I take stock of how I’m feeling. If I need a lot of energy, I take Nootropics. If I need just a little boost, I make a Matcha Latte. If I’m somewhere in between, I mix up a Keto Base with added MCT Oil Powder.
I formulated nootropics to have supportive nutrients for brain health, energy, and performance. The ketones in base provide an energy source for the brain that can improve brain performance. Matcha provides a little bit of caffeine combined with theanine which leads to a nice even energy boost with no jitters.
Throughout the afternoon, I snack on Keto Bars and a few packets of Nut Butter singles.
It is rare that I have time during the late afternoon to sit down for a full meal. Keto bars are a convenient and delicious way to get some calories in to energize the second half of my day without having to worry about a blood sugar crash. Nut butter allows me to add extra calories to this snack and let’s be honest, it’s a delicious combo!
Before dinner, I take a few Blood Sugar Support capsules. If I had more carbs than usual, I’ll take a couple before bed as well.
Dinner is my biggest meal of the day and even a keto friendly meal can increase blood sugar and stimulate insulin especially when calories are higher. Blood sugar support helps lower blood sugar spikes and put your body in a state of insulin suppression, not activation, allowing the body to focus on repair and recovery.
If I have a sweet tooth and want dessert, I’ll mix one of our flavored collagens, MCT Oil Powder, ice, and avocado for a decadent keto ice cream.
Most desserts come with a lot of sugar and low quality ingredients that do not contribute to a healthy and well functioning body. This combo is delicious, it’s real food, and it contributes to my goal of fueling a high performing mind and body.
Time for bed. Yes, I go to bed at 8:30 pm. Sleep is one of the pillars of health and I do not compromise on sleep.
I like to start my day with a dose of Keto Electrolytes. And because I try to avoid coffee early in the morning, I mix up a Keto Matcha Latte and get ready to settle into my deep work session of the morning.
Not only do I love the taste of Matcha Latte MCT Oil Powder, but MCTs give me the mental clarity and focus I need to focus during my heavy researching and writing, and the antioxidants and moderate caffeine in Matcha give me a sustained boost of energy. After lunch, it’s time to plug back into work. If I plan to work at my favorite coffee shop, then I bring some chocolate MCT Oil Powder to add to my coffee. If I’m working from home or at the Perfect Keto office that day, then I opt for Keto Coffee.

Around this time, my energy dips, but I still want to dedicate another three hours or so to crushing work. After I shut down from work for the day, I’m ready to enjoy a nice big dinner. I also take a second dose of Keto Krill at this time.

After dinner, I tend to have a sweet tooth. My go-to is a keto “hot cocoa” using almond milk and chocolate Keto Collagen.

I workout at 7 AM, then go to the Perfect Keto office. Late morning, I mix a cup of decaf coffee with Nootropics and salted caramel Keto Collagen.
