  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for brushing)

Optional Herb Butter Topping:

  • 1 tbsp softened butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh parsley or chives

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, collagen, baking powder, salt, thyme, and garlic powder.

  • In another bowl, whisk egg, sour cream, and melted butter.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
