¼ cup grass-fed butter, melted and cooled to room temperature

1 egg
2 tablespoons Perfect Keto Nut butter (or almond butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup almond flour
1 Perfect Keto Cookie Dough Bar, crumbled into tiny pieces

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, except the cookie dough bar.
In a small bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well-combined.
Fold in the cookie dough bar.
Using a tablespoon to scoop out a heaping tablespoon and, using your hands, roll into a ball and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
