These delicious keto biscuits are a great low-carb option when you’re on the go, packed with all the healthy fats you need to get into ketosis.




  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together almond flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together mozzarella, butter, eggs, and heavy whipping cream until well-combined.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and, with the hand mixer, continue to mix until all ingredients are completely combined.
  5. Spray a muffin tin and a spoon with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Using a greased spoon, dollop dough into individual muffin tin molds.
  7. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 13-15 minutes
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
