This cheesy garlic bread chaffle is the perfect complement to your favorite Italian meals. You can serve it before as a little appetizer, or make it part of the main dish.

  1. Preheat waffle iron or mini waffle maker and coat with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix until smooth.  Divide and pour batter onto the waffle iron and cook 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Top with butter and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.  Use for dipping, eat as is or alongside a meal, or make into a sandwich.
