  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 large lemon (zested and ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice reserved)
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons shallots
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt of choice
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Mix on high until smooth.  Adjust seasoning if needed.
