With a carb count of only 3.6 grams per brownie, and net carbs of only 1.6 grams you can enjoy these keto treats guilt-free. 

And if you really want to jazz them up add in some sugar-free chocolate chips.

Ingredients

Brownies:

2 scoops Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen

1 packet of Perfect Keto Instant Mocha Coffee

½ cup cacao or cocoa powder

2 tablespoons coconut flour

1 cup Perfect Keto Nut Butter (or creamy almond butter)

4 large eggs

2 teaspoons non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring

⅓ cup stevia or monk fruit sweetener 

Cream Cheese Filling:

4 ounces softened cream cheese

2 tablespoons heavy cream

2 teaspoons non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring

Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste (optional*)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Grease an 8×8 baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl or food processor mix together the chocolate collagen, cacao, and coconut flour.
  4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the nut butter, eggs, vanilla.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix in the sweetener until combined.
  6. Equally disperse the batter into the baking dish.
  7. In a small bowl, whip together the cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and sweetener (to taste).
  8. Pour the cream cheese layer over the brownie layer and using a silicone spatula or fork, gently swirl the cream cheese filling into the brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
