Ingredients
- Two 4 oz pork chops
- 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp thyme
- Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a small saucepan, mix the balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil and thyme
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until it becomes a paste-like substance
- Sear the pork chops on both sides in an oven-safe skillet (preferably iron)
- Brush the pork chops with the glaze and set in the oven to roast for up to 8 minutes
