Pancake Cereal

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or large bowl. Mix until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or pan under low-medium heat. Coat with nonstick spray or butter.
- Add small rounds of batter to the pan using a large tablespoon.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and place pancakes in a large bowl. Top with butter and sugar free maple syrup or add milk to eat.
