Rosemary Mustard Crusted Baked Ham

  • ¼ cup mustard
  • 23 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • One, 2½-pound smoked ham


  1. Preheat oven to 300 F. 
  2. Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl, except the ham.
  3. Slather the mixture onto the ham, and place ham on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
