  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel rutabagas and cut into cubes
  3. Spread rutabaga cubes evenly on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Spray with avocado oil
  5. Season with 2 tbsp of ginger and 2 tbsp of himalayan sea salt
  6. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes
