This coconut flour pizza crust is a satiating, keto-friendly treat sure to satisfy your pizza cravings.




  1. Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Liberally spray your parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray, coconut oil, or olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add coconut flour, parmesan cheese, avocado oil, flax seeds, eggs, Italian seasoning, cream of tartar, and baking soda. 
  3. Mix the bowl ingredients with an electric mixer until fully blended.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese to your mixing bowl. Mix with electric mixer until well-combined.
  5. Spread mixture into an even layer onto a prepared baking sheet. Shape into pizza dough.
  6. Bake dough for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
