  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thinly slice jalapeño. Bake sliced jalapeño for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove jalapeños from oven, set aside, and allow to cool.
  4. Whisk together spices and Parmesan.
  5. Pour 1 tbsp of spice and Parmesan mixture into piles and flatten to small circles.
  6. Place sliced jalapeño on top of Parmesan and spice mixture. On top of jalapeño, sprinkle cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool and enjoy the crispy goodness!
