Turn those leftover hard boiled eggs into the creamiest keto egg salad you’ve ever had using only a handful of simple ingredients.



  • 7 large whole eggs (hard boiled, peeled, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  3. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
