  • 11/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto unflavored collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon golden monk fruit
  • 11/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Set aside.
  2. Add almond flour, collagen, baking powder, baking soda, monk fruit, and salt to a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
  3. Add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to a large bowl and place in the microwave.  Cook in 30 second increments until the cheese is melted.  Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth.
  4. Add dry ingredients and egg to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Let dough rest for 5-10 minutes until cooled.
  6. Divide dough into small ovals and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 6-7 minutes until naan is cooked through the center.  Remove from the oven.
  8. Using a cast iron skillet, spray the surface with non-stick spray or add butter.  Toast each piece of naan until golden brown on each side.  Serve warm.
