  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease two oven-safe mugs and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl mix together all the dry ingredients, except the salted caramel bar.
  4. In a small bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until everything is well-combined.
  6. Fold in the salted caramel bar.
  7. Divide equally into two, greased mugs.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
