Ingredients
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen Powder
- 1 Perfect Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter bar (crumbled)
- 1 cup milk of choice (full-fat dairy milk, almond milk, hemp milk, coconut milk)
- ¼ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder (or cocoa powder )
- Optional: whipped cream and chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except the bar) to a high-speed blender. Mix on high until ingredients are well incorporated. Blend in 1 cup of ice if desired.
- Divide smoothie between two glasses. Add optional whipped cream & peanuts and crumbled Perfect Keto bar. Serve immediately.
