1/2 cup walnuts (lightly toasted)
1– 16 ounce jar of roasted red peppers
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in olive oil)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons cup extra virgin olive oil
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and mix on high until you reach desired consistency. For a smoother sauce use a blender, for a chunkier sauce use a food processor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
