How We're Dealing with COVID-19

The health and safety of our customers & our team is our #1 priority.

That’s why we want to share with you how we are dealing with the COVID-19 situation as a company, and reassure you that our products are manufactured, packaged and handled safely.

This is how we’re taking care of our customers & employees:

Your products are made with the highest safety standards.

• We are ensuring anyone handling Perfect Keto products is following CDC and WHO recommended safety protocols.
• We have confirmation that all Perfect Keto manufacturers and supply chain partners are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) on increased cleanings and sanitizing procedures at all of our facilities. 
• At our warehouses, we have increased the cleaning and disinfecting of high traffic areas such as pack tables, scanners, scales, door handles, faucets, and toilets to mitigate the spread of germs at each of our warehouses.
• There is a No Visitor/Outside Personnel Policy that is now in effect.
• If a quarantine emergency statement is released, a small number of employees will be responsible for multiple warehouse jobs including fulfilling orders and working overtime hours.

Your shipments should arrive on time.

• All of our products are manufactured in the United States so we are not exposed to any sort of international trade disruptions in getting finished product into our warehouses.

• All our manufacturers and supply chain partners are providing regular status updates, but as of now, we do not foresee any significant disruptions to our ability to serve our customers.
• You should be receiving your products as usual: We are not hearing any disruptions or delays in carriers delivering our product, but those decisions are out of our hands.

• Perfect Keto is still here to serve you. We’ve always had a remote culture, which means every person on the team can work from anywhere in the world using tools like Zoom, Asana & Slack to continue serving you without interruptions. 
• Our customer service team continues to be available to answer your questions and ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience.
• Perfect Keto is a company that takes care of its employees so we can take care of you. We encourage our employees to take the necessary space & time to take care of their own health. At the moment, most employees at Perfect Keto are working from home because we are prioritizing the health and safety of our team. 

We are monitoring everything in live time and will continue to keep you updated and informed as the situation develops.
