Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • Zest and juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • ¼ to 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth.  Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach desired consistency.
