Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar free marinara
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or use a wire tray in an air fryer.
