These yummy kale chips are a great low carb alternative to your favorite potato snack that will fill you up and keep you ketosis!

- 2 cups kale (this recipe uses dino/tuscan kale, but any type will suffice)
- 2 tbsp himalayan sea salt
- Avocado oil spray
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut up kale and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Spray kale with avocado oil spray
- Season with 2 tbsp of himalayan sea salt
- Bake for 15-20 min or until crispy
