Ingredients
- 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Add macadamia nuts and toss to coat well. Transfer to prepared sheet pan and spread into a single layer.
- Transfer pan to oven and bake 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
