Shortly after her 50th birthday, Alyce decided it was time to change her life.
“Turning 50 made me want to make a change,” she says. “[I had] low energy and lots of belly fat.”
Alyce had tried diets before, but nothing had worked.
“I saw so many success stories. I decided to give it a try.”

Alyce was inspired to start keto after seeing success stories online. Today, she’s one of those success stories. She began keto in September of 2020, and just a few months later, she looks and feels amazing.
“I don’t need constant snacks now. I can fast 16 hours daily.”
“I have more energy,” she says. “Eating fat keeps me fuller, so I don’t need constant snacks now. I can fast 16 hours daily.”
In addition to the difference in how she feels, Alyce has lost all her extra weight. The hardest part of going keto?
“Giving up sugar and cream in my coffee,” she says. “I went cold turkey.”
