- 1 cup unsweetened, full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit
- 10 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of pink salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You might have to stop and scrape it down with a spatula once or twice
