  1. Sara, I question the Buzzy Raspberry Lemonade. I know from past experience that raspberries in any form, although delicious, still raise my blood sugar. Yes it would be perfect before exercise. Is that when you are ONLY recommending it?

  2. Hey Lori, if you know that raspberries spike your blood sugar than I would definitely only recommend it pre-workout for you or maybe avoid it all together. Different foods affect people differently so it just depends.
